[OFARC] anysecu tm218

This is a network radio that is essentially an android phone with a radio.
These are popular in Europe and are used with push to talk apps like zello.
I don't see the FCC acceptance since they are capable of operating out of
band but there are a few hams using them.  Theres a few videos out there
that explain the workings.
