[OFARC] May need VE team

[Ralph]

With the new county wide shelter in place order, we will NOT be hosting 
any exam sessions until the order is lifted.

We will keep the Field Day session on the calendar at ARRL in hopes we 
will be allowed to have a group meeting by then.
