[OFARC] OFARC webpage updated

Members,

The OFARC webpage (www.ofarc.org) has been updated, just ahead of our video
conference meeting scheduled for 9:00 am this weekend (6/27).  The subject
of the video presentation is "Digital Modes on Amateur Radio High Altitude
Balloons" originally presented at TAPR 2019.  If you are a club member,
you'll receive an invitation to our video conference Friday evening.
