[OFARC] OFARC Testing July 22

All.  This is an FYI.  No action is needed except for the proctors unless
you just want to show up.  We have scheduled testing for Wednesday July 22.
We will not be be testing on Saturday the 25th so we can join meeting.  This
note goes out to about 30 people who are on the backlog list.   BVARC also
tests on the 3rd Saturday at Bayland Park and I've sent a few folks over
there.  The park and test approach is simple and avoids a range of problems
except for the weather.  Thanks to Rick, Jeremy, Paul and Mike Nault who
helped last session.
