[OFARC] 10 meter DX today

Hey Mark,

Thanks for the heads up.  Contest started last night at 0000UTC Saturday 
(1800 CST) and runs through 2359UTC Sunday (1759 CST).  Don't be 
discouraged if you don't find activity just now, the band all of a 
sudden opens up to different states & countries.  Minnesota last night, 
Costa Rica & Puerto Rico this morning.  It's quiet at this time but it 
changes fast.
