[OFARC] Frequencies for SSTV

There is an error in this list.  The listed SSTV calling frequency of 7.033 mHz on 40 meters is not correct and is out of band for US operators.  SSTV is ALWAYS in the phone portion of the band and this is the CW portion.  See this for the correct bandplan.  http://www.arrl.org/band-plan . The frequency of 14.233 is for digital SSTV.
