The next ECHO meeting will be on the third Saturday in February (Feb 16) at 9 am, at TRANSTAR on Katy Road (near Memorial Park/IH 10/Washington Avenue. We will be combining the meeting with the Oak Forest Radio Club. Before the meeting we will meet for breakfast at 8 am at the Canyon Creek Café located at Westcott and Durford. Presentation for meeting TBD. 
 
 Note: due to poor attendance at ECHO meetings it was discussed at the last meeting that the group should stop having meetings. One reason was that it was not good for a special guest speaker to prepare a topic and then have an audience of 6 or 7 people. We do not have the money available to pay the Red Cross for security for Monday meetings. I apologize if it is my fault as president for failing to do things to increase club attendance. So I ask everyone do we want to continue as a repeater club only and maybe meet once or twice a year? Any thoughts? de AG5T
