[OFARC] Notification of SSTV next OFARC 2 meter net meeting

Next Tuesday net, August 19 for Oak Forest 2 meter net we will have Steve
W2WF send out another  SSTV file at end of session.

NOTIFICATION:  you are responsible to read this
  It was requested that we notify everyone prior to net.  So this note is

I installed qsstv on my ubuntu linux .. had  to install several
dependencies instructions  were very good including command lines.
