[OFARC] any one speak Linux??

I upgraded my Linux UBUNTU Operating system from 14.04 to 16.04

Version 16 does not support my old wifi adapter, so I bought a new one that
supports from V14 to V18

I downloaded the driver .tar.bz2 file but cannot get it to load

 

Anyone able to help??
