Attached is a map of the scout fair location and layout of booths

We will be in the “outside” booth area; trailer parking

The exact location is pending final measurements of the Ft Bend van.

 

The fair will provide 2 tables

Got the okay for van to arrive Sat AM.  I know you need other set up - like antennas, so please be there early so not so much a adjoining booth interference with move in.

 

Also, I don't think I've sent you some layout info I received this week.  See attached and see if your Google Earth views give any clues for outside placement suggestions.

I think the squares are 10 x 10 [Its the parking lot].  And you will need more than one, plus AC access.

I don’t know if Ft. Bend county will allow that, but will check
