Yes, the training will be at Camp Bovay.
We will meet at the headquarters office and train in the Safari Room, there.
Lunch will be at Noon
We will then break out and go to the session areas. This will give your group an opportunity to see where they will be setting up and to let us know if you need additional tables, sunshades, etc.

I assume the training will be at the camp. Please confirm.
Some of my volunteers are in Navasota, others are in Houston and Bryan.
I will relay the message them once I am certain of the training location.
I am teaching the radio MB on Feb 17, so cannot attend.

We have a Staff Development day Feb 17 9 am - 3 pm.
I would like for all your staff to be trained just like the camp staff
Camp Facilitated YPT (in person at camp)
Adult in Compliance (background checks required for camp staff)
Camp Staff Orientation (procedures, emergency plans and guidelines)
Camp Schedule Review and Station Expectations
The trainings will be in the morning and then camp readiness projects will be after lunch
I will need a head count of those attending Feb 17 training.
You asked about Friday night housing in a previous email. Pleas let me know how many and gender break out so I can determine if we have housing available.
We are getting the number of campers for the sessions and I will be able to update you weekly on numbers expected.
Looking forward to working with your group this spring.

Subject: Draft Webelos Camp notes
Greetings Becca,
I have made some updates to my notes for the Webelos – new file attached.
The Grimes County amateur radio group has agreed to provide some support.
I am still working to fill out the schedule of volunteers.
A few questions …
* How many boys do you expect at each camp date? (just a guess)
* Do we need to bring handouts or can you provide help with copies?
* How early can I arrive to set up?
* Is there any chance of setting up Friday and spending the night?
Regards,
Ralph Phillips
