The January 2019 issue of QST has a great article on how to build a phone
patch between your radio and cell phones.

I plan on looking at my radios to see what connectors they have and the
pin-outs so I can adapt the wiring to fit mine.  I have a radio project that
will take January and most of Feb to complete, so will not start any new
projects until March.
