[OFARC] Special event comming up 4/14

On the 2m net tonight, Elisha announced the insight expo event coming to
Houston on the UH main campus 4/14 from 8:00 - 2:00.

This event is sponsored the Houston Area Visually Impaired Network.  If you
are able to attend, consider signing up has a volunteer.
