If QRZ.com does not give you your coordinates, try Google Maps. For 
example, searching for my home address yields a web page with the 
following URL (coordinates highlighted in red):

Conveniently, the FCC provides a converter *https:

decimal degrees to degrees-minutes-seconds, which you can then copy and 
paste into the form referenced below.
