I have set my PC & Radio to monitor 630 meters (472 kHz) while I go about my day.

So far I have picked up signals from 6 stations …. All between 11PM and 3 AM using the digital mode called WSPR

Software is WSJT-X

I hear nothing during the day … but that is to be expected on a such a low frequency and low power (5W)

Has anyone else tried the new bands (630M and 2200m)??

My 40m dipole works well for receiving … I am not even trying to transmit yet.
