[OFARC] Scout Camps on the Air

Scout Camps on the Air is now official.

anyone can activate any scout camp any time

make sure there are at least 2 registered scout leaders and a total of 5 
scouts (including the leaders)

The radio operators do not have to be scouts, but scouts have to make 
contacts for the event to qualify.


There is a web page with:

    the complete "rules"

    a place for scheduling camp activation (pre-registration is OPTIONAL)

    a place for reporting camp activity

    news
