[OFARC] 17 Repeater Receive Noise

All, you may hear some scratchy signals for the 17 repeater. The  repeater 
has separate transmit and receive antennas which were switched  around 
recently to deal with some mechanical and high SWR  problems.   The receive side 
is working fine but there are some nulls  on the transmit side causing a 
scratchy copy in some  locations.   The antenna will eventually be  replaced 
when time permits but in the mean time, we will have to tough  it out.
