[OFARC] 145.17 and 147.00 repeaters temporarily down

All.  At 12:00 PM Sunday the 145.17 and 147.000 repeaters downtown are
temporarily out of service due to power failure.  Echolink and the
digipeater are also off line.  Emergency traffic is being handled at the
N5TRS repeater which is at 145.37 negative offset tone 123.  Other HAMS
repeaters in town are working.  Saltgrass 146.92 is working.
