Based on the maps posted by National Hurricane center, SW Houston & Sugar Land is in the zone with 80% chance of tropical storm force winds (50-60 mph) and rain accumulation of 15-20 inches between Saturday and Monday.
Storm is likely to stall out a little inland of Victoria and bring us lots of rain for several days.
Pick up loose items in the yard.

can be very useful in determining site specific situational awareness.
