We can reserve a conference room at the Oak Forest library which is open
from 10:00 to 5:00 which seats 40+. Can still have testing.

If the lodge is having a function there would likely not be parking for us
plus guests.
Perhaps one of the parks near the lodge??
Or perhaps we can reach out to the nearest BSA district chair and see if
they can offer a location.

OFARC Members,

I have been informed by Jim McClain that the Masons will be using the
lodge hall (including the kitchen and the room where OFARC meets) on June 24,
for a ceremony of installation of officers.

We believe that the club will still be free to use the property, but if we
do, we will be obliged to be outside for the day.

I think the focus of the May meeting should be to settle on where we want
to conduct field day activities, and to make some concrete plans to insure
that we don't wash out.

Feel free to respond to this message, any and all ideas should be
entertained.

Wherever we meet, will will need a generator for power. Looking for
volunteers.

Regards,
