[OFARC] Please send information from JOTA event to Ralph Phillips

Ralph,

As far as I know I made no JOTA contacts due to the 40m band just wasn't
active, open, or any JOTA CQs being made.  I don't know if Richard heard
any either on 20m band.

Now as far as boy scouts coming in... The answer is not to my knowledge.
Well, except for a cub scout and couple other children like Rusty said.
