[OFARC] OFARC CLUB License Address updated.... Finally !!

After struggling with attempts to update the mailing address for the Club License (KE5TRB) online, we finally found out how to do it 

It turns out that FCC Rule 97.5(b)(2) calls for Club licenses to be managed by an official "Club Station Call Sign Administrator" (CSCSA). The ARRL is one of three CSCSA entities, and to make changes to the Club license, it is necessary to submit those changes (as well as application for a new Club Call Sign) using a form VEC 605-C "Application for an Amateur Club, RACES or Military Recreation Station License". 

We have filled out this form, sent it in to the ARRL VEC, and the Club Station Mailing Address is FINALLY changed, after 6 months of trying! 

We have assigned the mailing address to the Club Trustee, James McClain (KD5WVE), and I have verified the change on the FCC web site.
