[OFARC] tube tester

Happy thanksgiving all. A question.Does the club or anyone have a tube tester? I have recently come onto my possession a Collins R390a receiver.  Some tubes light up, some don't. (And it doesn't receive)  I need to test them to see what may be badThanksMartyKG5PFB
