[OFARC] FD2016 videos

I'm not suggesting we send videos out via email or through the reflector, only post them on the website. I thought that it could be a way to attract new members to the club. Anyway, the discussion is started, which is what I wanted. I'd like to see it brought up at the meeting next weekend.
