[OFARC] problem hitting repeater

The past few weeks I have had problems hitting the repeater from home with 50 watts....Hwy 59 @ W. Airport area
Normally It is no problem.
I have no problems hitting the 146.92 and 146.940 machines

I spoke with a fellow on the 146.92 repeater and he said my signal was strong and clean but he was not able to hit the 145.17 machine either

Is there anything going on with the repeater?
I know the antenna was moved out of place last year.
