[OFARC] Echolink on Android

Found a hint that may help those of us with smartphones running echolink. I need someone to help me test my theory. 

Apparently, two phones cannot be set on "relay" and talk to each other via echolink. Not sure why it is the default.

I have my connection set to "public proxy" and would like someone with echolink on their phone to also set theirs the same and see if we can connect.

Anyone willing to try?
