[OFARC] HT programming

As has been the case for the past few months, I will have my laptop at the
meeting this weekend, running Chirp. I will be happy to help anyone who
wants to program their HT. You will have to have your own programming cable
for your particular radio with a USB connection for the laptop. I will have
my own cable for a Yaesu ft-60, which we can use if you have that radio.
