[OFARC] Merit Badge Counselor Training to be given during JOTA at the Oak Forest Masonic Lodge on Sat Oct 17 2015 @ 11:00AM

To all who may be interested, we will have Boy Scout Merit Badge Counselor Training at the Masonic Lodge at 4721 Watonga (our meeting place) at 11:00Am (after the business meeting). 

Sandy Troff, from the Twin Bayou District, will be conducting this course for us. 

Attached to this message are the necessary forms and procedures needed for taking this course. 

To be registered as a Merit Badge Counselor, you must have taken the Boy Scouts "Youth Protection Training", and provide Sandy with a copy of the certificate showing you have taken the course. This pre requisite Youth Protection Training course is available online, if you want to do it ahead of time. Sandy said that if we have members who have not taken the pre-req course, that she will offer it at the time of the Merit Badge Training.
