[OFARC] part numbers for other filters

I have gone through the MOUSER.COM web pages and found part numbers for the other filters .....
10M, 15M, 20M, 40M

While looking over the parts I noticed one of the capacitors for 20M is not currently in stock.
that could change tomorrow, but I added an alternate part number in case you need it.

In addition ... the 15 meter capacitors are not exactly the same values as the design.
I could not find 24 pF or 12 pF capacitors except surface mount  beasties at $8-$12 each
So I fudged by 1 pF.

the attached file contains my suggested part numbers.

I decided it best to have each person order the parts they want.
That will give each of you flexibility as to which filters to build for yourself.

If you need more wire for additional filters let me know.  
I still have half a roll of what I bought for the club.
I could meet you some place to hand off wire if necessary.
