two day ago the main CPU encountered a problem and froze up
it took 9  hours to find out it had died, then about 6  hours to get it back on line
the problem turned out to be a conflict of event timings ... a clock reference buried some place in the lines of code was wrong.

fixed and back on line the next day ... only 7 days from Pluto (about 3450 days into the mission!)

Enjoy the fly by... closest approach in 6 days 10 h ours from now ...
