[OFARC] winding toroids

Lots of folks grip the core in a vise for winding, but there is a risk 
that you could over-tighten and break the core. Here's a method that was 
mentioned in an ARRL letter some time back, that essentially eliminates 
that risk. I've tried it, and it works.
