If you have been around the Gathering any time, you will know Brother Johnny. More than any one person, he is responsible for The Masonic Gathering since he set up the first masonic room and worked out how to cross link. He has done a lot for the Gathering over the years and now we need to keep him and Mary Ann in our players.

I feel the hams might want to know what is going on.  Last week we were told that the radiation treatments didn’t work.  Cancer cells have been found in multiple sites in the Lungs, Liver and Bones.  The oncologist  will try a targeted gene therapy if genetic tests indicate Johnny has the gene which the therapy works upon.  Even then, cancer is only slowed.  The home health nurse is certifying for another 9 weeks.  Then, hospice will probably become involved if things have not improve.  Sorry to share such sad news.  Keep us in your prayers.
