[NYham] New 6M Repeater on the air.

Hi Glenn,

It's located on the Putnum, Dutchess county line on Quaker Hill in  
Pawling/Patterson.
It's at the same location as the 448.125 machine that can be worked  
into the city with no problems.
The 6M repeater is in "Version 1.0" basic antenna's and setup. It  
will only get better from here on :)
I would like to know how well it's doing now so I can see how well  
things improve.
