My name is Steven Portnoff and I need your help!

This is a regional problem and not just a local issue.

I am trying to acquire building permits for my new home, and a Special Use 
Permit for a 60ft. tall Rohn-G55 guyed, Amateur Radio tower, with a MonstIR 
4 Element Yagi, and 2m, 70cm, 33cm hard line, repeater systems, in the city 
of Las Vegas Nevada.

The property is .63 acres, NO-HOA, NO-CC&RS, and UR-ZONED, Undeveloped 
Residential.

I have membership in ARES/RACES, ARMY MARS, SKYWARN, ARRL-LIFE MEMBER, and 
other ham organizations.
