Greetings -
     I just wanted to thank everyone for the stellar job on our SET this
year.  While this was generated by the Washoe County team, we had
participants from all over the section.  The traffic passed, lessons learned
and concepts which still need adjustment made it all worthwhile.

    The SET, like any drill or exercise, is a learning experience.  We learn
from our served agencies, the scenario itself and most of all ... EACH
OTHER.   It makes little difference how many mistakes we make, only that we
learn from them and thus better ourselves to become the best trained
operators in the business!

    From what I have been told, the served agencies that we worked with were
most impressed with our professionalism, hard work and the way we were able
to conduct ourselves and lend our experience as a teaching tool to the CERT
folks who were watching our every move and word.  THEY will become better
communicators, and better able to serve their communities from the example
we set for them.  I am sure many who are not already, may be wanting to join
us as licensed Amateurs.

    Thank you all once again for a job well done!   I am proud of you all.
