[NvHam] EMCOMMWEST Insurance Chair needed

EMCOMMWEST 2006 needs one more department chair.  We are still in need of
someone to research and help us acquire the proper insurance for the event
to help protect the event from any possible problems.  We need to find
liability and property damage coverage for the conference for the two days,
May 6 & 7.
