I am pleased to announce that Paul Cavnar K7IN (ex-NN7B) has re-qualified 
for appointment as an Official Observer (OO) for the Nevada Section and 
will report to Official Observer Coordinator Tim Hunt WA6TNW.  A detailed

Paul was originally certified as an Official Observer almost 28 years ago 
and has re-qualified to ensure his knowledge and skills are up to
