Hi, Pat.

The Rural Amateur Radio Association (RARA) is a state-wide group and may be 
able to help provide a QSO Party presence in some of these counties next 
weekend.  In those areas where there may not be a significant local ham 
population, perhaps we can encourage other clubs to provide some rovers or 
expeditions.

I'll be putting Douglas on the air, but it would be nice if we could get 
those final five counties active.  I'll do what I can to promote the contest.
