 AMBER Alert- Nevada
An AMBER Alert has been issued  for Lydia Bethany-Rose Rupp. The child is an 
eight year old Hispanic female. She  has brown hair, brown eyes, is four feet 
nine inches tall and weighs 85 pounds.  She was last seen around noon on 
Friday in or around Fernley, NV. 

The  suspect is Fernando P. Aguuerro, a 48 year old Hispanic male. The 
suspect has  black/gray hair, brown eyes, is sex feet one inch tall and weighs 175 
pounds. He  has a moustache and a slim build. 

The suspect is believed to be driving  a bluish silver Kia Rio with no 
license plates.
