I am pleased to announce that Don Carlson KQ6FM has accepted appointment as 
the Public Information Coordinator (PIC) for the Nevada Section and will 
report directly to me.  A detailed description of the PIC position can be

Don comes to us from Northern California where he was recently ARRL Section 
Emergency Coordinator and Assistant Section Manager for the Santa Clara 
Valley Section.  Having worked in the broadcast industry most of his life, 
Don brings an outstanding and unique talent for public and media relations 
to the section.
