[NvHam] Announcement -- New DXCC Card Checker

I am pleased to announce that Hal Waite K3AB in Las Vegas has qualified for 
and accepted appointment as an ARRL DXCC Field Card Checker.  As such, Hal 
will be able to field-check QSL cards for most DXCC awards for the southern 
area of Nevada and adjoining areas.
