[NvHam] Announcement -- New STM

I am pleased to announce that Matt Parker N7TOD has accepted appointment as 
the Section Traffic Manager (STM) for the Nevada Section.  A detailed

Matt has unique qualifications for this position.  In addition to a solid 
working knowledge of traffic handling, Matt has spent the last several 
years in various ARES leadership positions, ranging from Washoe County 
Emergency Coordinator (EC) to Northern Nevada District Emergency 
Coordinator (DEC).  In light of the current changes being proposed by ARRL 
to both NTS and ARES, Matt brings a perfect combination of experience, 
leadership and enthusiasm to the task.

As I mentioned to Matt as he and I were discussing his appointment, what we 
do over the coming 12-18 months will determine the future direction of the 
ARRL field organization in Nevada for the coming decade.
