[NTX_NTS] Update

Sorry that it seems like I have "fallen off the face of the Earth" but my Dad and I have not found a permanent residence yet and the hotel where we are staying is not conducive to ham communications with a 7W HT (also, the WiFi at this hotel doesn't allow EchoLink).
