The stats and graphs on the website have been updated to reflect the
data contained within the June STM Report.

The report itself is available for your reference at both the DFW
Metroplex Traffic Net website and the North Texas Section website (for
ARRL members).

Cumulatively and individually, traffic nets in the North Texas Section
continue to enjoy message volumes of two to three times greater than
the same period last year. Thanks to all of you who contribute to that
success.
We welcome a new contributor to the monthly SAR/PSHR. Steve Roberson,
KE5DLZ, of Denison joins the handful of active control operators in
the NTX Section submitting monthly reports to the STM. If you are
active with traffic handling, public service events or both, please
consider submitting a monthly activity report to KC5OZT.
Richard Devoe, KD5FBJ, of Arlington has returned to active status with
the DFW Metroplex Traffic net by joining the NCS rotation. At present,
he has volunteered to direct the Monday night net on DFW Late and will
help cover deficiencies on that roster by filling the Late Net slot
for Friday as well. A hearty welcome to Richard.
Anyone interested in serving as a Net Control Station for the DFW
Metroplex Traffic Net is encouraged to contact me. There are still
openings on both DFW Early and DFW Late. Please check the website for
available slots. Those designated in italics and with bracketed
callsigns are available. If you have a preference for another night,
it may be possible to rearrange the schedule to suit an earnest,
committed inquiry.
The 7290 Traffic Net experienced a little hiccup with respect to its
website earlier this month. They are now back online, but some of
their URLs have changed. If you linked to any content on that site,
please check your markup and adjust the address as necessary.

If you communicate with anyone residing in the NTX Section who has an
interest in traffic handling and the NTS, please invite them to become
a member of this list. Possible contacts would be the net managers of
other NTX Section traffic nets, Net Control Stations, traffic handlers
and anyone else who may benefit. Increased and broader participation
would contribute to making this a Section-wide resource for the NTS in
North Texas.
