[nrv-hams] Field Day 2026 - Persons Needed

Sorry for the slew of emails this may generate, but it's GO time!

Saturday, June 27th -
Help us set up at 8:30AM before it gets hot!

We need volunteers for the following "positions" to make our Field Day fun!
Reply with your name next to the item.

- Safety Officer - We have a checklist, but you need to be there most of
the event
- Public Info Table - Ensure everyone signs in, hand out materials, direct
visitors
- Satellite OSO - Need someone to get us a contact over satellites
- W1AW Bulletin - Copy the bulletin put out by ARRL on Field Day
- Education Activity - Someone to teach something at 4pm, 30 min,
interactive, youth friendly

We also need ANY public elected officials to come by the event to sign in,
so if you know anyone, please try to get them to come out to see us. Let me
know they're coming so I can brush my hair!

Also, bring the youth! We have some really cool stuff going on, including
contacting all over the world... who's not interested in that??
