Future of Brush Mountain Repeater – Cam Coble
The repeater site owner is vacating the site. Christopher Peters and Cam Coble met with them. Current tower has three guy lines – one on property, one on Federal land, one on neighbor’s land.

Cam and Chris prepared three possible options for the club’s consideration:

  * Option 1, take over site as is, repair to insurable standard
  * Option 2, take over site, tear down, rebuild from scratch
  * Option 3, walk away, seek alternative site

After their presentation Cindy made a motion, seconded by Randy, to adopt Option 3. All voted in favor of Option 3. We will now need to remove our antenna and equipment from the site.

A second vote was held which authorized Cam to give the owners up to $120 towards the lease even though the amount had been waived in past years.
