New River Valley Amateur Radio Club
Meeting held on Zoom only due to weather conditions.

Secretary’s Report – Edward Lener
The November meeting minutes were sent to the club reflector on 1/4. No corrections or additions were received. There was no December meeting.

Treasurer’s Report – Cam Coble for Steve Allen
Club finances in good shape. Renewals for 2026 are underway, please get them in if you have not already done so.

WinLink Update – Cam Coble for Danny Wylam
Exploring using NanoTNCs and running Linux to replace the current laptops for use as Winlink nodes.

Repeater Update – Cam Coble for Mike Herring
Having more interference lately. Haven’t been able to get up there lately.

Club Donation Acknowledgements
Several made recently especially for Eating Meeting. See club website for details.

Members voted to accept his membership
Report on January Eating Meeting – Cam Coble & Chris Peters
Had 41 people turn out, lots of prizes and donations as well as a fun trivia game.  Also gave a recognition award to the owner of Sal’s restaurant in appreciation of the great food and service.

Report on Winter Field Day – Cam Coble
Had 11 visitors (8 licensed).  Event went off well in spite of the bad weather.  Full report available on the club web site.
