[nrv-hams] Honoring Jim Marchant - N6QDO SK - His Radio Gear Available First to Our Club Family

As you may know, our dear friend and club member Jim Marchant, N6QDO, has
passed.

In keeping with Jim's own wishes, his widow Mary has asked us to help find
good homes for the rest of his radio-related equipment. She has shared that
nothing would make her happier than knowing his gear is going to other
hams—especially members of our own club—who will use it, enjoy it, and keep
the spirit of amateur radio alive, just as Jim did for so many years.

This is her beautiful way of honoring the man who loved this hobby and
loved sharing it with all of us. By giving club members first priority, we
can help his legacy continue in the most meaningful way possible—right here
in the hands of friends who will appreciate every rig, antenna, tool, and
accessory the way he did.

Below is a list of available items, and a link to pictures available. If
you are interested in any of them, please contact me directly at
cam at doubleclickdata.com as soon as possible. Club members in good standing
will have the first opportunity to purchase before anything is offered more
widely. Please do not share the links with those outside our club for now.

Jim touched so many of us with his kindness, knowledge, and enthusiasm.
Thank you for helping us give his equipment the kind of new life he would
have wanted.
