[nrv-hams] Tiny-SA - Don't use HV USB-C

Just a heads up for anyone with the Tiny-SA...
Seems that if you plug into a high power capable USB-C port, you can fry
the circuitry.
I did it and found others on the internet did the same thing.
If you have to charge or connect to a PC, make sure the other end is
connected to standard USB-A (large rectangle) port. You know... the one you
never insert in the right direction ;)
