[nrv-hams] Minimum Operational Needs for FM Transceivers

I'm thinking about putting together a template of information for
transceivers in current use of club members (think 2m 70cm HTs and later
we'll include mobiles).

This would include information to operate the absolute minimum needed to do:
- Club Cloyd's Mountain repeater
- Club Brush Mountain repeater
- Simplex calling 2m
- Simplex calling 70cm
- Save to memory locations 1,2,3,4 respectfully

I'm wanting to provide the actual keystrokes for the more popular radios.
This could be used by newer hams that don't have the software for setting
up their units.

If you would like to submit information for your favorite system, please
send me your instructions.
If I have the model, I'll reset my radio to factory specs, then use your
instructions.
If it works for me, you get your call sign "in lights" on the information
page, and bragging rights!

Since HTs are often the first radios purchased by new hams, let's try to
get those done first.
Remember, the instructions should assume I know NOTHING about this radio!
